Modern Slavery

At Secure Nexus, we uphold the utmost ethical and professional standards, and this commitment extends to firmly opposing all forms of slavery and human trafficking.

Our expansive collaboration network includes both direct and indirect suppliers, ranging from legal experts, distributors, and vendors to consultants. We are unwavering in our pledge: there will be no tolerance for slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains. Our Anti-slavery Policy echoes this commitment, emphasizing ethical conduct in all our business interactions and the establishment of stringent systems to prevent any violations.

To safeguard against these threats, we actively identify potential high-risk areas within our supply chains, adopt preventive measures to curtail the likelihood of any incidents, constantly monitor potential risk areas, and ensure whistle blowers are protected.

Our expectations extend to our suppliers, whom we require to adhere to the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Regular performance checks ensure they uphold these standards, and we also mandate their commitment to the National Living Wage for their employees.

Empowering our team with knowledge is vital. Therefore, we invest in training, ensuring they are fully aware of the grave risks associated with modern slavery and human trafficking. To date, we are proud to report no known incidents within Secure Nexus or our supply chains, but we remain continuously vigilant.

For any inquiries or more information on our stance against slavery and human trafficking, please contact us at enquiries@securenexus.co.uk. This statement is in compliance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
